SNCatalyst Advisory is led by Savitha Nayak, a Board Chair, board advisor, and senior people and strategy leader with global experience across startups, scale-ups, and complex organisations.

Savitha brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, governance insight, and deep expertise across organisational strategy, performance and transformation, mergers and acquisitions, people architecture, and leadership assessment.

She works as a trusted partner to leadership teams and organisations navigating growth, transformation, transactions, and transition, helping translate ambition into sustained performance through advisory and hands-on support during critical moments.

Engagements are selective and may include board advisory, executive advisory, executive selection and assessment, and select fractional executive mandates (CHRO, CSO, COO), undertaken alongside board and executive roles.
